At Nursing Dissertation Service, we aim to provide clear, reliable and timely nursing dissertation and SPSS support. This policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request one.
When a full refund may apply
- You made a duplicate payment for the same order.
- We confirm that we cannot assign a suitably qualified specialist to your order.
- We fail to deliver the agreed work within 24 hours after the confirmed deadline, unless the delay resulted from missing information, late responses or another issue outside our reasonable control.
- You cancel in writing within two hours of confirmed payment and work has not started.
When a partial refund may apply
If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered according to the proportion completed, the time already spent and any specialist costs incurred. Where an order has been substantially completed or delivered, we will normally offer an appropriate revision before considering a refund.
Cases that are normally not refundable
- A cancellation request submitted after work has been completed or delivered.
- A delay caused by incomplete instructions, unavailable data, late feedback or a late instalment from the client.
- Dissatisfaction based only on a particular grade, mark or academic outcome. We do not guarantee grades or institutional decisions.
- A request that falls outside the original instructions or changes the agreed scope.
- Failure to provide reasonable evidence requested while we review a dispute.
Revisions before refunds
If the delivered work does not follow the original confirmed instructions, contact us promptly and identify the specific issue. We may offer a free correction within the agreed revision scope. New requirements, changed data, changed research questions or additional analysis may require a new quotation.
How to request a refund
Send a written request through our contact page or the support channel used for your order. Include your order reference, the reason for the request and relevant evidence. Please submit the request within seven days of delivery. We review each request fairly and individually and will communicate our decision and any approved amount.
Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Bank, card-provider or payment-platform processing times may apply. Non-refundable transaction charges imposed by third parties may be deducted where permitted.
Academic integrity
Our services provide research, statistical and educational support. Clients remain responsible for following their institution’s academic-integrity rules and for the final use of all materials.
