Nursing business case assignment support helps you improve a funding proposal using your own brief, evidence and draft. A business case explains why an investment or service change deserves consideration. Our review focuses on the decision being requested, realistic alternatives, resource assumptions and the evidence behind expected benefits.

For example, Keele University’s 2026/27 Leadership in Nursing Practice module assesses a business-case report and links its learning outcomes to health economics and resource allocation (Keele University, 2026). Your own university may require a different structure or word limit. We therefore begin with your assessment instructions.

What business case feedback can cover

Request a complete draft review or a focused check of one difficult section. The scope can include the service problem, stakeholder needs, option comparison, resource estimates, anticipated benefits, implementation responsibilities and evaluation plan. We can also check whether your recommendation follows from the comparison.

This is different from a general leadership essay. A discussion of leadership theories alone will not explain what funding is needed, which option is preferable or how the proposal would operate. Equally, a QI project report does not automatically provide a financial case for investment.

Choose the review that matches your assignment

Your starting point Possible review output
Brief and initial idea A task checklist and questions to resolve before drafting.
Draft options appraisal Comments on comparison criteria and the rationale for your preferred option.
Costs and resource table An assumptions log and checks of arithmetic and consistency.
Complete business case Annotated feedback and a prioritised revision plan.

Costs and benefits need traceable assumptions

Send the source of each cost estimate and identify which figures are illustrative. Distinguish one-off expenditure from recurring requirements such as staff time, training or maintenance. A review can flag missing assumptions, inconsistent units or benefits presented with more certainty than the evidence permits.

We do not invent local budgets, staffing data or organisational approval. If the assignment permits a hypothetical scenario, the figures should be labelled as assumptions and explained. If it requires workplace information, use only information you are authorised to share.

What to send with your enquiry

  • The assessment brief, marking criteria and word limit.
  • Your current draft and supervisor or tutor comments.
  • The service issue, proposed change and options already considered.
  • Any permitted budget information and the sources of estimates.
  • The deadline and the sections you want reviewed.

Remove patient details and unnecessary organisational identifiers. Tell us about confidentiality restrictions before sharing workplace documents. A brief may be enough to discuss scope without sending sensitive records.

How the feedback process works

  1. Identify the decision your business case asks the reader to make.
  2. Agree the sections and returned feedback to be included.
  3. Review the logic, evidence, resource assumptions and recommendation.
  4. Return comments that explain the changes needed in your own draft.
  5. Check revisions within the scope agreed at the outset.

Frequently asked questions

Is a business case the same as a business plan?

A business case justifies a particular investment or change. A business plan usually explains how a proposed service or enterprise will operate. For a practical walkthrough, read how to write a nursing business plan assignment. Follow the terminology and requirements of your brief.

Can you guarantee funding or a particular mark?

No. Feedback supports your revision; funding and assessment decisions remain with the relevant organisation and university.

Can I request a review of the costs section only?

Yes. Include the brief and enough context to connect the figures to the proposed option.

Request feedback on your business case

Send your brief, draft and deadline. Explain the decision you are trying to justify so the review can be scoped around the right problem.
